The people you see in these pictures are real.  The wounds however are all fake.

We were asked to assist in an Emergency Preparedness Drill at the Shriner Hospital.

Totally fake... but real looking

note... even the black eye is fake

I think they were ready to ham it up at this point.

The actors take their place

and the earthquake hits. (see the shaking motion)

so after the patients are rescued they are brought to the triage area.

The internal bleeding seems to be the most complicated part

The head wound has been dressed.

I don't know if he is going to make it.

We then had the evacuation drill.  This Mars Rover contraption is for transporting patients down the stairs.

Note the calm professionalism of the staff. It like they work around DeMolays all the time.
